2. Our Services

Fone Base LTD provides the sale of refurbished mobile phones and professional mobile phone repair services. Our repair services include in-store repairs, doorstep repair services, and pickup and drop-off repair services within our operating areas. All services are subject to availability, technical assessment, and confirmation by our technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including cases involving safety concerns, suspected fraud, or devices reported lost or stolen.

3. Refurbished Phone Sales

All refurbished phones sold by Fone Base LTD are professionally tested, inspected, and quality checked prior to sale. Devices may display cosmetic wear depending on their grading classification, but all devices are fully functional unless otherwise stated. Grading descriptions, where provided, refer to cosmetic condition only. All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment must be received before dispatch or collection.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments via debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and other approved payment methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.

6. Returns and Refunds

For online purchases, customers have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers may cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, without additional damage, and must not be locked with passcodes or personal accounts. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

7. Repair Services

All repair quotes are subject to device inspection. If additional faults are identified during the repair process, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding. We may provide a limited warranty on replacement parts unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software issues, or unauthorised repairs carried out after our service. Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data prior to repair. Fone Base LTD shall not be liable for data loss, corruption, or account access issues.

8. Doorstep and Pickup Services

For doorstep repairs, customers must provide a safe and suitable working environment. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe. For pickup and drop-off services, customers must ensure the device is not reported lost or stolen and must provide necessary information required for testing and repair.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to this, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Fone Base LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
