Fone Base LTD provides a limited warranty on certain refurbished devices and repair services, as specified at the time of purchase.
Refurbished phones may include a warranty covering hardware faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised repair. Warranty duration will be specified at the time of sale.
Repair services may include a limited warranty covering the replaced part only. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, physical damage after repair, liquid damage, software issues, or tampering by third parties.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require device inspection. If a fault is confirmed under warranty, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Fone Base LTD – Repair Service Agreement
By submitting your device for repair with Fone Base LTD, you agree to the following terms.
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or authorised to approve repairs. You acknowledge that all repair quotes are subject to inspection and may change if additional faults are discovered. We will seek approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.
You agree to back up all data before repair. Fone Base LTD is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or software issues that may occur during the repair process.
For doorstep repair services, you agree to provide a safe and suitable working environment. Technicians reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
Devices not collected within a reasonable period after repair completion may incur storage charges.
Fone Base LTD shall not be liable for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or damage resulting from prior repairs.
